DNA: Distant Matches Project on Ancestry

 Hello - Thank you for checking out my page!  What prompted me to create a blog for all of my research was a project I was working on today.  As you know, Ancestry is getting rid of the Distant Matches < 8cM.  I came across a post on a Facebook group that provided video instructions on how to run a script to automate the process of saving your 6 and 7cM matches before they disappear at the end of August.  I was so thankful that I came across that post, and realized that I am always learning so much by connecting and linking up with other passionate individuals online.  I figure if I could put my research, questions, and resources out there I could help someone like me, or even get some of my questions answered about my own family tree.  I hope that I can post some really cool and interesting information that helps others, and I would love to hear your stories and find out where the connection lies within our family trees.  Feel free to reach out - michellebeech9@gmail.com.  Have a great day! - Michelle
